You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone

A small group coaching experience for leaders who are ready to stop carrying the weight of leadership by themselves.

Three sessions. Ten leaders. Real conversations.

Leadership can feel surprisingly lonely — even when you’re surrounded by people.

You’re making decisions that matter. Managing relationships that are complicated. Navigating pressure that doesn’t let up. And doing most of it without anyone who really understands what it’s like at your level.

That’s exactly what this pilot program was designed for.

What is the Pilot Group Coaching Program?

This is a small, intimate group coaching experience — designed to give you the space to think out loud, work through real challenges, and discover that other leaders are navigating the exact same things you are.

It’s not a training course. It’s not a webinar. It’s a genuine conversation — with structure, with frameworks, and with people who get it.

Three sessions. One cohort. One conversation at a time.

Tuesdays, 19 & 26 May and 2 June 2026

Online via Zoom · 7:00pm AEST

  • 3 × 1 hour group sessions
  • 1 × 30 min 1:1 with Kerry
  • Maximum 10 participants
What does it cost?

The ‘pay what you can’ approach is intentional. Kerry is passionate about making quality coaching accessible — especially for leaders who are just starting to invest in their own development.

Recommended investment: $300 + GST (standard rate: $900 + GST)

This program may also be eligible for professional development support through your organisation. It’s worth a conversation with your manager about whether this investment can be funded or reimbursed through your workplace learning and development budget.

The research on coaching ROI is compelling. But honestly? The leaders I work with feel the difference long before any numbers show up.

Is This For You?

This program is for leaders who are:

  • Newly promoted and navigating new expectations — managing people for the first time, or managing people who used to be peers
  • Experienced but isolated — good at what you do, but finding the leadership side of the role harder to talk about
  • Curious and self-aware — you know there’s more to explore, and you’re ready to do the work
  • Honest enough to admit you don’t have it all figured out — because that’s exactly the kind of person this program is built for

If you’ve ever thought ‘I wish I could just talk to someone who understands what this is really like’ — this is that conversation.

What We Cover Across the Three Sessions

Over 25 years of coaching leaders, Kerry has noticed the same capabilities coming up again and again — the ones that make the biggest difference, regardless of level or industry. These sessions are built around those fundamentals.

Each session has a topic and a framework to explore — but it’s never just Kerry talking at you. The real value comes from working through how each idea applies to your actual situation, with a group of people who get it.

Session 1 — Knowing Yourself and Others

  • Introduction to self-leadership and personal effectiveness
  • Understanding the key types of conversations leaders need to navigate
  • Building self-awareness as the foundation for leading others well

Session 2 — Team Leadership and Setting Expectations

  • Setting clear expectations and establishing role clarity — and why it matters more than most leaders realise
  • Delivering feedback that actually lands and drives performance
  • Introduction to coaching conversations for team leaders

Session 3 — Organisational Leadership

  • Stakeholder management — how to build and use your organisational network effectively
  • Aligning your team to organisational values and strategic direction

Your 1:1 with Kerry is effectively a fourth session — 30 minutes focused entirely on your own current challenge or goal, scheduled individually from 9 June. That brings your total coaching experience to 3–5 hours of high-quality leadership development.

The goal isn’t just three good conversations. It’s that you walk away with practical tools that continue to shape how you lead — long after the final session.

Kerry Rosser

Meet Your Coach

Kerry Rosser has spent over 25 years working with leaders across corporate and government sectors. Through banking, finance, and federal government roles, she’s developed a deep understanding of what makes authentic leadership work — and what gets in the way.

She’s also lived the experience of leadership feeling lonely. Which is why she believes so strongly that leaders shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.

Kerry’s approach combines brain-based research on behavioural change with practical, real-world application. She creates psychologically safe spaces where real learning can happen — where it’s okay to not have all the answers, and where that’s actually the beginning of something better.

“Real results come from real leaders supporting each other’s growth.”

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

How does the ‘pay what you can’ pricing work?

When you register your interest, Kerry will be in touch personally to confirm your place. You decide what to contribute — the recommended amount is $300 + GST, but we mean it when we say pay what you can. No awkward conversations, no pressure.

Is this confidential?

Yes. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. That’s a non-negotiable part of how this works — and it’s what makes the conversations genuinely useful.

What if I can’t make one of the sessions?

Life happens. If you can’t attend one session, please let Kerry know in advance. Because the group is small, each person’s presence matters — but we’ll always find a way to keep you connected.

Is this right for me if I’m quite senior?

Yes. In fact, the more senior you are, the fewer safe spaces there tend to be to think out loud. This program is designed for leaders at all stages — the conversations tend to be richer when the group has diverse experience in the room.

What platform do you use?

Sessions are held via Zoom. You’ll receive the link and any preparation notes ahead of each session.

Places Are Limited to 10 Leaders

This is a pilot program — which means it’s a rare opportunity to be part of something at the very beginning. The group will be small, intentional, and shaped entirely around what you and your fellow participants actually need.

If this resonates, don’t sit on it. Complete a short expression of interest form and Kerry will be in touch personally to confirm your place.
