Terms and Conditions:

Before You Read the Fine Print

These terms cover two things: buying a digital product (like Coffee with Yourself) and booking a coaching session or program with Real World Results (“RWR”, “we”, “us”). We’ve tried to keep this as plain as a legal document can be. If anything’s unclear, get in touch before you buy.

By purchasing a digital product or booking a coaching service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Journals & Downloadable Resources)

1.1 What you’re buying

When you purchase a digital product from us — including Coffee with Yourself and any companion journal or resource — you’re buying a personal-use licence to access and use that content. You’re not buying the copyright, and you can’t resell, redistribute, or share the file with anyone outside your own household or immediate use.

1.2 Access and delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, usually via an instant download link or email delivery following payment. Access is provided as soon as payment is confirmed. Please check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) and keep the file somewhere you can find it — we don’t guarantee ongoing hosting of download links indefinitely.

1.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are current at the time of purchase.

1.4 Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied or used immediately, we don’t offer refunds on ebook or digital resource purchases once access has been granted. We stand behind what we make, and we want you to feel good about buying it — so if you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, get in touch before purchasing and we’re happy to answer questions.

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase (a broken link, a corrupted file), contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.

1.5 Technical requirements

You’re responsible for having the software needed to open the file (e.g. a PDF reader). We provide the format(s) listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. Coaching Services

2.1 The coaching relationship

Coaching with Real World Results is a collaborative, solution-focused process. It works best when both parties show up ready to engage — openly, honestly, and with genuine intent to work on what matters. Your coach will ask direct questions and hold you to what you say you want to achieve. Change is something you do; coaching is the space that supports it.

2.2 Confidentiality

What’s discussed in coaching sessions is confidential, except where required by law. If your coaching has been arranged through your employer or organisation, we may report in broad terms on engagement and progress (for example, attendance, or whether sessions are proving useful) — but we won’t share the content or detail of what’s discussed unless you give us explicit permission to do so.

2.3 Booking and payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a calendar link by email to select and book your session time.

2.4 Cancelling or rescheduling a 1:1 session

We ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching appointment. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee remains payable.

We understand things come up. If something genuinely unavoidable happens, get in touch as early as you can — we’ll always work with you where we reasonably can.

2.5 If coaching isn’t working

We want coaching to be genuinely useful to you. If it isn’t working, tell us — that’s part of the agreement, not a failure. Where coaching has been arranged through your employer and there’s repeated non-engagement (missed sessions, no follow-through on agreed actions), we reserve the right to end the coaching arrangement.

2.6 No promised outcomes

Coaching supports your own growth and decision-making — it isn’t a guarantee of a particular result, promotion, or business outcome. What you get out of coaching depends significantly on what you bring to it.

3. General Terms (Apply to Both Digital Products and Coaching)

3.1 Intellectual property

All content — ebooks, journals, workshop materials, frameworks, and coaching tools — remains the intellectual property of Real World Results / Kerry Rosser. Purchasing a product or attending a session gives you a licence to use the material for your own personal or professional development; it doesn’t transfer ownership or give you rights to reproduce, teach, or resell the material.

3.2 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Real World Results isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our digital products or participation in coaching services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.

3.3 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, as our products and services evolve. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or booking applies to that transaction.

3.4 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
